There has difference era which practices difference communications likes veteran generation, baby boomers, generation X and generation Y.There has differentiated of communication skill that has been used on different era. For veteran generation era, the communications was been made with controlled and cascaded through the ranks of communications. For baby boomers generations the communication was led by employers was less effective company hierarchy and increased importance in communicating shared company vision and values. For generation X, they were demanded better working arrangements despites they also realize communication through organization vision and values was importance. For generation Y was more fast on communication due to they has been proficiently on computers technology. This was made the communication for better workforce can be drive and be more efficiently.There have good improvements on communication that been made from generation to another generation. We can see that from the baby boomers, generation X and veteran generation have a diffrent communication. For them, this will make easier contact for relationship between employee and employer but there have some delays on receiving an instructions due to they need to wait an instruction gone through all chain before they can performed an instruction that has been given by top management. For the generation Y, the communication through new technology which been adopted on their working environment make the workforce become easier and faster. To made the jobs become faster they used and email to distribute the works with straight forward to sub-coordinate and make the works become faster and efficient.As conclusion, from the article we can look, that has several evolution on communicating system that bring a new era on work area to make workforce become easier and faster.
Their communication have good improvements that been made from generation to another generation. The baby boomers, generation X and veteran generation they would like to give an instruction to anyone. The relationship between employee and employer will be easier but the first to spot communication changes that are demanded by the university graduates. They are trying to attract, so segmentation takes place here as well. For the generation Y, the communication through new technology which been adopted on their working environment make the workforce become easier and faster. To made the jobs become faster they used and email to distribute the works with straight forward and make the works become faster and efficiency.
My conclusion is communication is very importand to people because to sharing problem or share ideas for work.
